Robinson Public Library District

Borrower's Card

District Policies:

-A borrower's card will be issued FREE to residents of the Library District kindergarten age or above, or to non-residents who own property within District boundaries.
-Adult picture identification and proof of address must be presented.
-Non-resident property owners must present thier tax bill.
-Youth under 16 must be accompanied by a parent(s) when registering.
-Persons not residing in or owning property in the Library District may purchase an out-of-district family borrower's card yearly.
-In-District cards are issued for a three-year period and are renewable upon request for patrons in good standing.
-A borrower is responsible for all items charged on his or her card.  The card is not transferrable in any circumstances.
-Proof of identity is required for replacement of a lost card.
-Limit of 10 items per card.

Reciprocal Borrowing:
Anyone holding a valid borrower's card from another public library may check out items from the Robinson Public Library District, subject to verification of card status with the home library.
-Materials borrowed under this agreement are subject to the rules of the Robinson Public Library District.
