Borrowing Regulations

One Week Loan (Robinson Public Library)
-
Adult and young adult fiction and non-fiction books added within the past 3 months.

Two Week Loan
-
Other books, children's magazines, audio recordings, and adult or children's kits.
-There is a limit of 3 compact discs and 5 audio books at a time per patron.

Two Day Loan
-CD-ROM software, family kits, filmstrip/cassette kits, games and toys, special project books, unbound adult magazines, videotapes.
-Young adults 13-17 may borrow the above non-print materials with the approval of a parent or legal guardian on file at the library.  An adult caregiver must check out these materials for children younger than 13.
-There is a limit of 2 videotapes/DVD's, 1 game or toy, 1 family kit, and 1 CD-ROM at a time per household.
-There is a limit of 3 magazines at a time per patron.

Renewals:
-Materials may be renewed if there is no waiting list.
-Renewals may now be made from outside the library by phone or via iPAC and in the library by staff or by the patron at the library catalog terminals.

Reserves:
-Materials may be reserved from outside the library by phone or via iPAC and in the library by staff or by the patron at library catalog terminals.
-There is a limit of 5 holds at a time per patron.
