"If God kills, lies, cheats, discriminates, and otherwise behaves in a manner that puts the Mafia to shame, that's Okay, he's God. He can do whatever he wants. Anyone who adheres to this philosophy has had his sense of morality, decency, justice and humaneness warped beyond recognition by the very book that is supposedly preaching the opposite."

Your Library Director Welcomes You

I would like to welcome you to the Robinson Public Library District. Our goal  is to provide the best possible service to our patrons in a friendly and helpful environment.

 The Districts mission statement says:

"The Robinson Public Library District shall provide materials and  services for the educational, cultural, recreational requirements of the community, recognizing diverse and special needs without discrimination.  As a social institution, the Library also exists to bring people together both in groups and understanding. The Library shall vigorously promote its functions in the community, provide full access to broad variety of materials and information, including beyond the local collection, and function with efficiency and courtesy to provide a pleasant environment.  The Library shall welcome cooperation with other community organizations and institutions to further these goals."

I invite you to visit the Robinson Public Library or one of our branches located in Flat Rock, Hutsonville, or Oblong.
